Order Processing Time

At Lumière-Kavalli, we are committed to processing your orders as efficiently as possible.

  • Weekday Orders: Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within 1 business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once your order has been successfully processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Shipping Time & Delivery

After processing, orders are handed over to our global fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping:
    8 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs procedures, and courier efficiency. Delays caused by external factors such as weather events, holidays, or customs clearance are outside of our control.
