At Lumière-Kavalli, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).

  • Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Please note:

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@lumiere-kavalli.com within the 14-day return window.

  2. Include your full name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Lumière-Kavalli is not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming receipt.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  1. Email us at info@lumiere-kavalli.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the issue and your order number.

  3. We’ll work to resolve it promptly, either with a replacement or a refund.


7. International Returns

For customers outside Canada:

  • Return shipping and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please ensure international returns are clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid additional customs charges.
